• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health status, crafting precise clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that approaches are adapted to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Maintain diligent and confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care.
• Educate clients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights.
• Commit to continuous professional development by attending relevant workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is essential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field is required.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
