Job description

Business Institute Part-Time Corporate Trainer


Highland Community Colleges Business Institute is looking for part-time contract corporate trainers that are willing to share their skills and knowledge in a variety of topics (leadership, safety, lean, quality & technical areas). HCCs Business Institute provides training and consulting solutions designed to help our clients remain competitive with a highly skilled, knowledgeable workforce. Training sessions will be held at the college campus or industry partner locations and will be periodic based on industry contracts. This position will be responsible for designing/ and delivering effective trainings, including building educational material that is current in both content and mode of delivery, and aligns with employer/community needs as reflected within the contract. Must be flexible, be a team player and able to build rapport quickly.

A Bachelors degree or five years of occupational experience, and previous training or teaching experience is preferred. Strong communication skills necessary.

Pay range is $25 - $200 per hour based on topics, skills and experience.
