Job description

This position is open until filled.
Hesston High School is seeking a dependable and student-centered individual to serve as a Part-Time Library and Building Aide for approximately 25 hours per week during the school year. The daily schedule has some flexibility, depending on the successful candidate's availability.
This position supports the daily operations of the school library and assists with general building supervision and student support throughout the day. Responsibilities include supervising the library space, checking materials in and out, assisting the Secondary School librarian, assisting students and staff, monitoring common areas, helping with library clerical tasks, and providing general support where needed in the building.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with high school students, is organized and flexible, communicates well with staff and students, and is able to work independently in a school setting.
