🏗️ Senior Superintendent – High-Rise Construction | Miami / Orlando, FL 🏗️


I am partnering with one of the Southeast's leading General Contractors to hire an experienced Senior Superintendent for major high-rise construction projects throughout Florida.

This is an opportunity to join an established builder with a strong pipeline of multifamily,

hospitality, mixed-use, and large commercial developments.


💰 Salary: $165K – $185K+

📍 Location: Miami or Orlando, FL

📦 Relocation Assistance Available


What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience

• High-rise, multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality project experience

• Strong concrete and vertical construction background

• Experience leading projects exceeding $100M

• Proven ability to manage large field teams and subcontractors
