Job Description Confidential Opportunity - Senior Project Manager Location: Miami, Florida Position: Senior Project Manager Industry: Commercial Construction / High-Rise Development Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package About the Opportunity A well-established South Florida General Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex high-rise construction projects throughout the Miami market. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or luxury condominium developments who is looking to join a growing organization with a strong project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation efforts. Direct Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and project support staff.

Maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Review and negotiate subcontract agreements and change orders. Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, cost reporting, and cash flow.

Ensure compliance with quality control, safety standards, and contract requirements. Drive project schedules and coordinate milestone planning with field operations. Facilitate owner meetings, OAC meetings, and executive-level reporting.

Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor.

Extensive experience delivering ground-up high-rise projects. Proven success managing projects valued at $50M+. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

Experience with luxury residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or multifamily high-rise developments preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. Proficiency with construction management software and project controls systems.
