🏗️ Senior Superintendent – High-Rise Construction


Lead the Construction of Landmark Towers

A nationally respected general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the field operations of large-scale high-rise projects. This opportunity is ideal for a proven construction leader who thrives in complex environments and has a track record of delivering high-quality vertical construction projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide overall site leadership for high-rise construction projects

✅ Manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and subcontractor teams

✅ Develop and execute project schedules, logistics plans, and sequencing strategies

✅ Drive safety, quality control, and production performance across all project phases

✅ Coordinate with Project Management, Design Teams, Ownership, and Trade Partners

✅ Conduct regular progress meetings and proactively resolve field challenges

✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contract requirements


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities
  • Significant experience delivering ground-up high-rise projects
  • Strong understanding of concrete structures, vertical construction, and building systems
  • Expertise in scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor management
