About Sparkle Squad:
Sparkle Squad is one of North America's largest window cleaning companies, delivering top-quality residential and commercial exterior services since 2012. As we expand our commercial division across Miami-Dade, we are seeking an experienced sales professional with an established network in property management and commercial services.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a proven closer with demonstrated experience and an existing book of business.
Now Hiring:
Full-Time Commercial Sales Executive in Miami-Dade County.
What You'll Do:
• Identify, pursue, and secure recurring commercial contracts
• Leverage your existing network within:
• Property management firms
• HOAs and condominium associations
• Commercial real estate owners
• Facility managers
• Cleaning companies and service providers
• Develop and present proposals for window cleaning and pressure washing services
• Negotiate long-term service agreements
• Maintain active client relationships and drive account growth
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting
Who You Are:
• Proven track record closing B2B commercial service contracts
• Demonstrated experience selling into property management or facility services
• Established book of business within Miami-Dade preferred
• Strong negotiation and executive-level communication skills
• Financially literate and comfortable discussing scope, pricing, and service structure
• Results-driven and performance-focused
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of B2B commercial sales experience
• Established network in South Florida required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CRM proficiency preferred
• Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is non-negotiable
Schedule & Availability:
• Full-time position
• Field-based role with flexibility based on sales activity
• Weekly sales reporting required
