Overview:

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Dayton, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Project Manager position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

· Managing high-rise, historical renovations, and ground up construction projects

· Running jobs with strong leadership skills

· Maintain construction schedules and budget

· Responsible for BIM coordination


A successful candidate will possess the following:

· A 4 year degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience

· Direct experience in MEP construction and BIM coordination

· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

· Ability to maintain schedules and budgets


Salary Range: $100-130K
