Position Overview
The High-Rise Superintendent will oversee all aspects of high-rise construction, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities from pre-construction to completion. Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and quality. Conduct regular meetings and communicate objectives clearly.
  • Quality Control: Enforce high standards of workmanship and materials, addressing issues promptly.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations, conducting regular safety training and monitoring.
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide updates to stakeholders, resolve on-site issues, and maintain progress documentation.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in high-rise construction.
