About Job

The Senior Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction plays a crucial role in providing on-site direction for all aspects of construction projects. This position involves managing project costs to ensure completion within budget expectations while developing schedules in critical path steps to meet deadlines. The role requires overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, along with technical direction to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Additionally, the Senior Project Manager leads and develops the project staff, ensuring that projects meet or exceed customer expectations. This role is instrumental in maintaining and developing client relationships, taking the business development lead when necessary, and assembling RFQs and RFPs. Successful execution of these responsibilities ensures the company's continued reputation for excellence in the industry.

  • 8-10 years of experience in ground up commercial construction, ground up experience in High Rise, Multifamily, Hotel or Office
  • Experience with scheduling software as Primavera & Procore is preferred
  • Experience on projects that utilized technologies such as digital plan rooms, BIM or laser scanning
  • Preconstruction leadership on potential or negotiated projects
