Site Superintendent

High-Rise Residential

Our client is a well-established Calgary-based builder delivering high-rise concrete residential towers. This role is suited for a mid-senior level Site Superintendent with proven full-cycle tower experience— excavation to turnover.

In this role, you will be responsible for overall site execution on large-scale projects, ensuring schedule, safety, quality, and coordination across all trades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day site operations on high-rise concrete towers
  • Manage schedules, sequencing, and trade coordination
  • Oversee concrete structure, envelope, and interior phases
  • Enforce safety standards and site compliance
  • Coordinate with Project Management, consultants, and inspectors
  • Drive schedule certainty and quality delivery through project close-out

Required Experience

  • 10+ years as a Site Superintendent on high-rise concrete projects
  • Full project lifecycle experience (excavation through turnover)
  • Experience delivering projects $10M+ in value
  • Strong background in concrete formwork, structural sequencing, and envelope
  • Proven leadership managing large crews and multiple subcontractors
  • Gold Seal or Red Seal certification preferred
