We are looking for a Host / Server Assistant to join our team! Sea Monkey is recently opened, and features a large, brand new space. We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late night lounge.
Sea Monkey is a high end club and lounge space, featuring a beautiful, tucked away speakeasy. We are open Wednesday through Saturday evenings. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, and focus on small bites and sea food offerings.
Candidates should have:
-Open availability on all Friday and Saturday evenings
-Have previous high volume restaurant or club experience
-Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space
-Able to work independently and proactively
