Job description

Role: Video Event Planner
Location: Hudson Yards, NYC (Onsite Role)

Description:
The candidate role is to provide both virtual and hybrid / on-site meeting/event support for client.
1. MUST have excellent planning and organization skills, solid business acumen and the knowledge and temperament to work effectively in a diverse, ambiguous and changing environment.
2. Candidate must be able to manage an event from beginning to end. This includes, planning, scheduling, testing, rehearsals, monitoring the event, identify and correct support issues, post-event deliverables including metrics and video editing.
3. MUST have Web-conferencing experience, such as Microsoft Teams (preferred), Zoom, Webex, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting or other tools. **Microsoft Teams Meetings and Teams Live Events web-conferencing solutions are both the primary tools used at client and are the preferred candidate experience.
4. MUST have experience in providing small to large sized virtual and hybrid / on-site meeting/event support - including the production and directing of the events.
5. MUST have strong interpersonal skills - the ability to support high profile executives and to provide white glove meeting/event support, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
6. MUST have knowledge and experience with on-site video conferencing hardware for use in hybrid / on-site video conferencing meetings/events. **Cisco codecs and MTRs (Microsoft Teams Rooms) hardware are both used at client and are the preferred candidate experience.
7. MUST be available to work on-site 5 days a week at client's HQ in Hudson Yards, NYC, as well as be available to work outside of normal business hours.
8. Possible travel ? to 20%
9. PREFERRED space for an at home studio with a hi-speed wired internet connection.
10. PREFERRED Event Production software experience, such as OBS and vMix. **vMix production software is primarily used to produce events at cleint.
11. PREFERRED experience using NDI and RTMP for hardware and video streaming.
12. PREFERRED Video editing experience, using applications such as Adobe Premiere.
