Located in West Bend, WI
Salary: $18.00-22.00/hour DOE
Company is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join their production team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in machine operation, quality control, and production who are looking to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. If you're a reliable team player who is committed to efficiency, quality, and safety and works well in a production environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
  • Start and stop machines, perform parison controls, monitor material control and quality control, and prepare machines for mold changes.

  • Ensure quantities are produced according to speed specifications and accurately record goods produced and any problems encountered during the shift.

  • Assist Machine Operator II, Shift Supervisor, and Mold Change Team with mold and color changes as needed.

  • Achieve and maintain company established goals for efficiency, quality, and safety by following all procedures and working as a team.

  • Maintain good housekeeping.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift 25-30lbs, stand, bend, twist up to 12 hours.

Job Specifications:
  • Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

  • A/C Shift: 5:39 AM - 6:00 AM

  • B/D Shift:5:39 AM - 6:00 AM

  • Pay: $18.00-22.00/hour DOE

  • Shift Premium: Additional shift premium for B/D shifts
