Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor machine performance, perform quality inspections, and help ensure products are manufactured safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are looking for long-term stability and opportunities for growth.

Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
  • Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
  • Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  • Communicate equipment issues to supervisors and maintenance personnel.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist with material handling and other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read Blueprints
  • Experience with metal stamping, press brakes, CNC equipment, or other production machinery is a plus.
  • Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
