Job description

Trueline, a long-standing commercial construction firm with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Kirkland, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career PM to grow within a stable, team-oriented company known for delivering high-volume retail and grocery construction projects.

What You'll Do as the Project Manager:

  • Support senior Project Managers across estimating, pricing, and project setup
  • Assist with procurement, buyout, and vendor coordination
  • Help manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Track project progress using tools like Procore and Microsoft Project
  • Coordinate site logistics including rentals, temporary services, and materials
  • Support safety tracking, meetings, and compliance documentation
  • Participate in project closeout activities including punch lists and as-builts
  • Grow into managing smaller projects independently over time

Must-Haves as the Project Manager:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or coordination
  • Experience with tenant improvement (TI), retail, or occupied renovation projects
  • Strong computer skills including Excel and project management software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
