Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions
Create and Monitor KPIs for Different departments, carry out performance reviews, and work on performance improvement plan for current employees.Recruit, phone screen, and interview candidates to hire new staff.
Prepare Offer Letters.
Manage employee hours and time off in Payroll portal.
Manage Health Insurance enrollments and terminations.
Manage 401k - enrollments, terminations with the vendor.
Manage Account Receivables
Our company is in a period of rapid expansion, so the environment is fast paced with room to grow. We need a dedicated, disciplined team player to help us manage our growth.
Qualifications include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in similar HR role for a small business
Experience working for an MSP or experience coordinating IT support provided by an IT services provider for your company
Computer and tech savvy, with understanding of business technology and knowledge of technology terminology.
Knowledge of KPIs
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Google Docs and Sheets
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
Minimum of 3 years of Office Manager experience, managing at least 10 employees
All employment candidates must pass a background check.
Minimum of bachelor's degree is required
