Assistant Office Manager Responsibilities:

Answer customer phone calls and emails 

Provide pricing & book events 

Schedule & confirm events 

Assist owners with daily tasks 

Prepare/deliver supplies as needed to trucks 

Go out in trucks as needed to help with events
