What you'll do

  • Contact customers to confirm estimated time of arrival.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Establish customer rapport to encourage repeat business.
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve issues while promoting the company brand.
  • Assist with installation of electrical wiring, outlets, fixtures, and panels.
  • Use testing equipment such as voltage testers and multimeters to identify electrical issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting electrical problems and determining appropriate solutions.
  • Support electricians in repairing or replacing wiring, fixtures, and components.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after projects.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of electrical or construction-related experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of standard hand and power tools used in electrical work.
  • Ability to assist with running wire, cutting, and assembling electrical components.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.
  • Honest, reliable, and professional when interacting with customers.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in various positions for extended periods.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
  • Comfortable with physical labor and hands-on work.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites around Albuquerque, NM.
