Our goal is to offer state-of-the-art IT solutions and customer service to our clients. We provide corporate-level information technology on a small and medium-sized business budget. Our employees have the best learning opportunities for computer support in our industry. In operation since 1983, we are the largest and most reputable managed service provider in the area.

Responsibilities
  • Assist our users with a wide range of potential issues, ranging from Malware Cleanup to light firewall configuration 
  • Assist with VPN client configuration
Skills
  • Basic Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
  • Basic Knowledge of OSX
Requirements
  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ are a plus
  • CompTIA A+ required after 90 days of employment
  • Microsoft certification with a focus on Office 365 required after 180 days of employment
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft mainstream products and software
  • Any other industry standard certifications
  • Valid driver's license and personal car
  • Background check and pre-employment screening
  • Possibility of onsite work when on-call
