bdManagedIT is seeking an entry-level IT Help Desk Technician who will serve as the first line of support for clients. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues and providing assistance through various communication channels while collaborating with senior technicians.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to phone, chat, and ticket requests
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printer, password, and connectivity issues
• Document troubleshooting steps and ticket resolutions in our PSA
• Escalate issues with clear notes when needed
• Perform daily health checks, patch reviews, and basic maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with senior technicians for smooth issue resolution
Qualifications:
Required:
• Entry-level IT Help Desk Technician
• Enjoys helping people, troubleshooting technical issues, and growing into a long-term career in IT
• Respond to phone, chat, and ticket requests
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printer, password, and connectivity issues
• Document troubleshooting steps and ticket resolutions in our PSA
• Escalate issues with clear notes when needed
