Oral Roberts University is a Christian University located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. OVERVIEW - FULL TIME

To provide support to all patrons entering the Armand Hammer Student Alumni Center (AHASC) and offer general Concierge services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Ensure the Hammer Front Desk is staffed at all times. Greet all persons entering the building.
  2. Manage all aspects of front desk communications. Answer patron questions, check out game items and inventory supplies, handle deliveries, and perform other front desk duties.
  3. Help solve problems between students and other patrons.
  4. Monitor building use and report any problems to the Front Desk Supervisor, Building Manager, and Executive Director.
  5. Offer the best customer service to students, parents, and other patrons at all times.
  6. Occasionally work at other Concierge desks or events as needed.
  7. Learn the Maximo campus work order system and enter dorm and facility work orders.
  8. Assist the Concierge office and events in peak times.
  9. Cross-train for other Concierge desks and duties.
  10. Other various duties as assigned by supervisors.
COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION: Requires a High School diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Previous clerical and customer service experience helpful. Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Must be personable and able to meet and greet customers with a cheerful attitude. Must be knowledgeable of information needed to accurately answer questions about the facility and be detail-oriented. The ability to make decisions and act effectively in stressful situations is required. Must have basic computer knowledge; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is helpful.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality of information.

Maintains compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) policy and its procedures
