Job description

Aegis is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our client's organization in Aurora, IL. This position is a fully onsite role until ramp up with the flexibility to work ONE day a week remote. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

Must have:

  • 3-5+ years of Customer Experience or Customer Success experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with technology and modern CRM tools
  • HubSpot experience
  • Ability to manage customer issues from beginning to end
  • Strong follow-through and accountability
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate them in a customer-friendly way

Nice to have:

  • Manufacturing Industry Experience
  • Experience with technical products or technical support
  • Agriculture, irrigation, turf, sensors, agronomy, or related industry experience
  • Experience with help desk/ticketing systems
  • Experience implementing or improving customer support processes
