**This role is onsite 5x a week in Shelton, CT. It is a 6 month contract filling in for someone and has potential to go perm but must be comfortable finishes after 6 months in case it doesn't go perm***

Description

This is an exciting opportunity to continue to develop and leverage your analytical skills. This position will have an opportunity to improve the ITSM support organization. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting our end users and keeping a strong focus on maintaining support processes. Our expectations are that this individual will identify and remediate support trends on an ongoing basis. This position will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the global peer team members and key business customers while implementing the Global Technology Services strategy.

Pay and Benefits
