As the friendly face of our swim school, you will be guiding parents through lesson enrollments, supporting swim instructors, and helping kids feel excited every time they walk in. If you are an outgoing, organized communicator who loves working with people - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
  • Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
  • Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
  • Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
  • Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude 
  • Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • Staying active on the job - think of it as your gym replacement! You will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment

  • Set shifts that include evenings and weekends
  • Great hours for students and part-timers
  • Want extra hours or variety in your day? You will get priority for extra shifts if you are open to cross-training as a swim instructor!
