How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Patient Welcome & Flow: Warmly greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and accurately schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth daily flow.
  • Financial & Insurance Management: Obtain and verify insurance authorizations, accurately collect co-payments, and reconcile daily financial reports and deposits.
  • Data & Documentation: Meticulously verify and enter patient demographic information, secure necessary documentation, and manage all patient record release requests.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential clerical and office support, including managing charges for services, to maintain the clinic's high standard of efficiency.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Customer service skills a must. Previous insurance knowledge and prior front desk experience required.
  • Looking for an experienced associate that has prior knowledge with insurance and strong customer service skills to join our Anderson Vascular Surgery team. Must be able to work independently and with other team members.
