Job description

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our team in a front desk support role at a hospitality property. In this part-time position, you will help create a welcoming guest experience by providing attentive service, handling daily front desk operations, and supporting smooth communication between guests and hotel departments.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, efficient service at the front desk
  • Check guests in and out accurately while following established procedures
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservation-related requests
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and property policies
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and handle basic cashiering duties
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Follow company standards for service, safety, confidentiality, and security
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a related environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and composed in a fast-paced setting
