About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. What You'll Do
  • Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care
  • Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
  • Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
