Position Overview

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team and serve as a first point of contact for customer and end-user questions and service requests. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in developing their experience in IT help desk and technical support.

Working under direct supervision, you will respond to basic inquiries, document customer interactions, assist with routine requests, and ensure issues are directed to the appropriate team members when additional support is needed.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as a first point of contact for incoming customer and end-user calls and inquiries.
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance using established procedures and training.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to basic questions within the scope of your training and available resources.
  • Route calls and requests to the appropriate personnel when additional assistance is required.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes using help desk software and account history records.
  • Initiate required confirmations and follow-up communications.
  • Process customer requests through telephone, fax, email/mail, and other approved communication methods.
  • Work with internal personnel and organizational functions to help address customer needs.
  • Follow established procedures and both verbal and written instructions.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when handling inquiries and requests.
