We are a K-beauty company with regional branches in Seoul, Toronto, and New Jersey. Our presence is in all States (Walmart, CVS, HEB, Kroger, etc.), Mexico, South Korea, and we work vigorously to expand our value in more regions around the world.

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager (Americas) to help maintain and grow our business in the major retailers in the Americas, such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens, HEB, and more. The successful candidate for this position will be a strategic sales expert with a proven track record of success, who can effectively communicate with existing & potential buyers and has the ability to present our high quality but affordable product to the US consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage key retail accounts across North America and Latin America, with a primary focus on major retailers

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners

  • Lead promotion planning and pricing strategy execution

  • Manage forecasting and demand planning in alignment with internal teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management

  • Experience working with major retailers (beauty or CPG preferred)

  • Strong understanding of the North America retail landscape (LATAM experience is a plus)

  • Proven track record of revenue ownership and growth

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Fluent in both English and Korean

Preferred

  • Beauty industry experience
