Job description

Ready to build heat exchangers that perform under pressure?

If you can switch comfortably between MIG, TIG, and Stick; read blueprints like a roadmap; and hold yourself to AWS standards, you’ll fit right in.

Your day looks like:
  • Setting up for multi-process welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) on exchanger shells, tubes, and headers.
  • Decoding blueprints and welding symbols to determine fit-up and sequence.
  • Fitting, tacking, and welding parts to print—no shortcuts, just spec-true results.
  • Inspecting welds for bead quality, penetration, and accuracy before moving forward.
  • Adhering to AWS welding procedures and strict safety practices.
  • Keeping your station orderly so the next pass is as clean as the last.
What it takes
  • AWS welding experience (AWS certification is a plus).
  • Confidence reading blueprints and detailed weld drawings.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
  • Reliability, strong work ethic, and a safety-first approach.
Where and how you’ll be paid

Based in Tulsa, OK. Pay is based on experience.
