Medical Device Sales Professional (HCP)

American Hearing Care (AHC) is seeking a motivated, performance-driven individual with a growth mindset and a passion for helping people to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in a rapidly growing field.

Position Overview: As a Medical Device Sales Professional (HCP), you will promote and sell our hearing devices. This role involves directly engaging patients to deliver the best hearing solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach and significantly impacting patients' lives by providing them with state-of-the-art hearing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by promoting and selling AHC's hearing care products and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support to ensure patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; required Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare (not required but a plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Passion for helping people and making a positive impact on their lives.

Candidates who currently hold an active Audiology license or Hearing Instrument Specialist license may be eligible for higher starting compensation based on experience.
