NEW COMPENSATION PLAN!
HCA Healthcare is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible General Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, FL. Hudson is located on the west coast of Florida about 30 miles north of Clearwater Beach. This is a 290-bed acute care facility and is the only Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center in Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties.
Highlights of Opportunity:
  • Anesthesia Care Team model of 9 Anesthesiologists (3 CV and 7 General) and 22 CRNAs covering 12 ORs plus EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo.
  • Diverse mix of highly complex cases including Trauma, Cardiac, heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Bariatric, Robotics, etc.
  • Average surgical volume of 9000 cases annually.  No Peds. No OB.
  • Supervision of CRNAs 1:4.
  • Schedule is M-F, 7a-5p. General call is 1:7 in-house from 3p -7a. Post call day off. Plus 1, 24 Saturday and 1, 24 Sunday a month. 7 calls per month for each Physician. Any extra calls are paid out additionally. CRNAs are also in-house 24/7.
