Gynecology Physician - Mercy Health Fairfield Hospital Job Summary Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Gynecology Physician to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with a balanced schedule, offering comprehensive support and resources to provide exceptional patient care. The selected candidates will be responsible for taking call on their own patients to start.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality general gynecology care to patients. Perform surgical and non-surgical treatment of gynecologic conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Participate in hospital rounds and provide consultative services as needed. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with hospital policies. Engage in continuous education and professional development.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department. Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology. Valid Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start.

Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
