Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads Andwell’s talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives to support organizational growth, workforce stability, and an exceptional employee experience. This leadership role oversees recruitment strategy, workforce marketing, recruitment analytics, employee engagement efforts, and a high-performing recruitment team focused on attracting and retaining top healthcare talent across the organization.

This position partners closely with leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment and retention strategies with operational goals and workforce planning needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage recruitment operations and talent acquisition strategies across the organization
  • Coach and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring outcomes, candidate experience, and accountability
  • Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, turnover, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce trends
  • Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives
  • Support employee engagement, retention, onboarding follow-up, and recognition initiatives
  • Build partnerships with colleges, workforce organizations, and community groups to strengthen recruitment pipelines
  • Oversee recruitment marketing efforts including job advertising, career fairs, and outreach events
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring standards, and organizational policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience required, including at least 2 years in healthcare recruitment
  • Prior leadership or management experience required
  • Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce analytics, and sourcing strategies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; PAYCOM experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
