Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates using our exclusive platform, supported by your own network
• Reach out to candidates to present MLR prospects and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Nurture leads to keep them engaged and assist throughout the hiring process
• Ensure precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate income through commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires from your connections

Compensation Structure

This role operates on a performance-based, commission-only framework. This structure means your earning potential is limitless and your success unchecked.

You will earn based on real results:

• Commission for each successful meeting you schedule
• Additional earnings when interviews derive from your outreach
