• Maintain a flexible schedule by determining the number of clients you wish to see through our scheduling platform, allowing you to design your work hours to balance personal and professional commitments.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals suffering from a range of behavioral health issues and substance use disorders. Our client base includes diverse populations, often from underrepresented communities in the Eugene area. Your counseling will address mental health challenges through evidence-based practices, fostering resilience and recovery while helping clients navigate their unique situations.

• Possession of a current and valid Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Ability to create a private, secure workspace at home that prioritizes client confidentiality and safety.
• Completion of background checks and fulfillment of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health and substance use diagnoses, along with an understanding of various therapeutic techniques.

• Proficient use of technology for telehealth, video consultations, and collaboration tools to maximize efficiency in clinical practice.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing therapeutic relationships with clients, successfully guiding them towards their personal goals.
