This role is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere while engaging with clients through our telehealth platform. • Create comprehensive clinical reports and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations that include detailed assessments of a client's psychiatric history, substance abuse, and potential risk factors for suicide.
• Document all patient interactions and care meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal reporting requirements.
• Consult on complex cases with multidisciplinary teams, providing insights and recommendations that promote coordinated care.
• Evaluate and reassess treatment plans based on patient progress, updating strategies as needed to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services and emergency consultations during workdays, demonstrating clinical precision and empathy in high-pressure situations.
• Engage with community resources and support systems to enhance patient care and provide educational resources to clients and their families.
• Utilize electronic medical records and electronic communication platforms effectively, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

This role primarily focuses on working with women, particularly mothers, who often face unique mental health challenges related to parenting, socioeconomic situations, and community resources. Our client base includes underprivileged populations requiring a thoughtful, empathetic approach in therapy, structured to foster resilience and recovery.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master’s or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work is strongly preferred.
• A valid independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of residence is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in managing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and proficient computer skills, especially with Windows applications.
• Current CPR and first aid certification.

• Previous experience with mental health assessments, community outreach programs, and substance abuse interventions.
• History of effective case management and collaboration with community organizations and other healthcare providers.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site visits to local veterans' homes or other locations as needed.
