LPN Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. LPN's are an integral part of our organization as they provide quality nursing care and support to patients under the supervision and guidance of registered nurses or physicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong passion for patient care.

Responsibilities:- Assessing the health status of patients and documenting their medical history- Administering medications prescribed by physicians and monitoring their effects- Assisting with diagnostic tests and follow-up procedures- Collaborating with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans for patients- Providing basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing- Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature- Educating patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and post-discharge care- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records- Responding to emergency situations and providing immediate medical assistance when necessary- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
