About MYDENTALWIG

MYDENTALWIG is developing a new category of healthcare technology called Ingestion Intelligence™.

Our mission is to create the world’s first platform capable of detecting human ingestion behavior in real time and translating it into predictive metabolic intelligence using artificial intelligence, sensor technologies, cloud computing, and advanced analytics.

By integrating biomedical sensing, machine learning, software engineering, and intelligent cloud infrastructure, we are building an AI-powered platform designed to help individuals better understand how eating behaviors influence health before chronic disease develops.

Unlike traditional startups, MYDENTALWIG has been intentionally architected as an integrated artificial intelligence enterprise. Our long-term vision extends beyond digital health to encompass advanced diagnostics, biosensors, intelligent manufacturing, and next-generation healthcare technologies built upon a common AI foundation.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Founding Chief Technology Officer (Builder CTO) to help transform MYDENTALWIG’s technology vision into reality.

This is not a traditional executive management role.

We are looking for a highly technical technology leader who enjoys building products, writing production code, architecting scalable systems, and solving difficult engineering problems while laying the foundation for the Company’s long-term technology organization.

Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you will serve as the Company’s principal technology architect, responsible for designing, building, and scaling the AI²™ platform from its earliest stages while establishing the engineering culture, technical standards, cybersecurity framework, cloud infrastructure, and software architecture that will support the Company’s long-term growth.

As the Company grows, this role will naturally evolve from a hands‑on builder into the executive technology leader responsible for guiding MYDENTALWIG’s global technology organization.

Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership
  • Translate the Founder & CEO’s technology vision into scalable engineering solutions.
  • Define the Company’s software architecture and long‑term technology roadmap.
  • Design and implement the AI²™ platform architecture.
  • Establish engineering standards, development methodologies, and software quality practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic technology investments.
Hands-On Software Engineering
  • Design, develop, and maintain production-quality software.
  • Build cloud-native backend systems and APIs.
  • Develop scalable web and mobile application infrastructure.
  • Design databases and distributed system architecture.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities into production environments.
  • Build DevOps pipelines and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure.
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Build monitoring, logging, and observability systems.
  • Develop disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
  • Ensure platform scalability for future enterprise growth.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
  • Design secure software architectures.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and identity management.
  • Establish cybersecurity best practices across the engineering organization.
  • Collaborate with the Founding General Counsel & Corporate Secretary on privacy, AI governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support HIPAA, data privacy, and enterprise security initiatives where applicable.
  • Recruit and mentor future software engineers.
  • Build a collaborative engineering culture emphasizing innovation, quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers while remaining actively involved in software development.
Innovation & Intellectual Property
  • Contribute to invention disclosures and patent development.
  • Collaborate on new technology concepts and platform innovations.
  • Help establish MYDENTALWIG’s long‑term technology leadership through proprietary software architecture and intellectual property.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Seven or more years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands‑on development responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience designing scalable cloud‑native software platforms.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, database design, cybersecurity principles, and DevOps.
  • Experience leading software engineering projects from concept through deployment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience serving as a founding engineer, technical co‑founder, or startup technology leader.
  • Experience developing AI‑enabled software platforms.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of machine learning infrastructure and MLOps.
  • Experience with healthcare technologies, digital health, biomedical software, or medical devices.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, HIPAA, and privacy‑by‑design principles.
  • Experience building engineering organizations in startup environments.
  • Contributor to open‑source software projects.
  • Inventor on issued or pending patents.
  • Competitive annual salary: $220,000–$300,000, based on qualifications and experience.
  • Stock option grant under the Company’s Equity Incentive Plan, subject to Board approval and the applicable Stock Option Agreement.
  • Equity awards are generally subject to a four‑year vesting schedule with a one‑year cliff.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (upon implementation of the Company’s benefits program).
  • 401(k) retirement plan (upon implementation of the Company’s retirement program).
  • Paid vacation, company holidays, and sick leave in accordance with Company policy and applicable California law.
  • Professional development opportunities, including conferences, executive education, and technical certifications.
  • Opportunity to help architect foundational intellectual property and establish the technology platform supporting the Company’s long‑term vision.

This is one of the Company’s most important founding leadership positions.

The successful candidate will not simply manage an existing engineering organization—they will build it.

As MYDENTALWIG’s Founding Builder CTO, you will establish the Company’s technical foundation, shape its engineering culture, influence product strategy, contribute to its intellectual property portfolio, and help transform an ambitious vision into a scalable global technology platform.

We are seeking a technology leader who enjoys building as much as leading—someone who is equally comfortable designing enterprise architecture, deploying cloud infrastructure, reviewing production code, mentoring engineers, and solving complex technical challenges alongside the team.

Why Join MYDENTALWIG?

Artificial intelligence is transforming nearly every industry, yet one of the most important determinants of human health—daily ingestion behavior remains largely invisible to existing technologies.

MYDENTALWIG is building a platform designed to change that.

As the Company’s Founding Builder CTO, you will help create foundational technologies that combine artificial intelligence, biomedical sensing, cloud computing, and predictive analytics into an entirely new approach to preventive healthcare.

If you are passionate about building world‑class software, architecting scalable technology platforms, solving meaningful engineering challenges, and helping establish a company designed for long‑term global impact, we encourage you to apply.
