Job description

Business Intelligence Analyst

Join one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry as a Business Intelligence Analyst- a key role at the center of a $3.0B+ revenue business (nearly 100x growth in the past ten years). With a product portfolio driving nearly one-third of total revenue, your insights will directly influence high-stakes product decisions, feature optimization, and commercial performance. You'll partner closely with product strategy and commercial excellence teams to evaluate feature performance, identify user behavior trends, and surface opportunities that elevate engagement and outcomes across the product lifecycle. From auditing campaigns to informing roadmap priorities, your work will fuel continuous improvement across a core business vertical impacting hundreds of millions in annual revenue.

Your Impact Will Include:
  • Delivering Actionable Reports: You'll consolidate and analyze first- and third-party data to create accurate, insightful reports for home office and leadership teams.
  • Going Beyond the Data: You will provide thoughtful observations, recommendations, and next-step suggestions that align with broader product strategies and organizational goals.
  • Handling Ad Hoc Analysis: You'll comfortably manage analysis requests with speed and precision, using data to answer key business questions and support real-time decision-making.
  • Presenting Clear Insights: You will demonstrate strong communication skills by presenting data-driven insights clearly and concisely to leadership, focusing on impact and outcomes.
  • Collaborating Cross-Functionally: You'll work closely with commercial excellence and related home office teams to ensure reporting and analytics are aligned with team needs and company roadmaps.
  • Ensuring Data Integrity: You will maintain a strong commitment to consistency and accuracy, with rigorous quality checks and attention to detail in all deliverables.
What You'll Bring to the Team
  • This is a fully onsite role in Birmingham, AL.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Information Science required (Graduate degree preferred).
  • 1-3 years of similar work experience, preferably in tech, healthcare, or retail.
  • A self-starter attitude with strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, question results, generate insights, and construct solutions.
  • Outstanding documented skills in Excel; proficiency in VBA, SQL, R, or other coding platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
