JOB SUMMARY:

Must be located in DFW Area: The Wellness Advocate is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving employee wellness engagement while delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurement to leadership.
This position serves as both:
A visible wellness champion and educator for employees across worksites, and

A trusted data advisor and strategist for executive leadership, HR, Benefits, and organizational stakeholders.

Analyze health, engagement, financial, and outcomes data from multiple sources.
Develop statistical reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations.

Track utilization, cost trends, engagement levels, savings, and outcome metrics.

Establish and maintain a comprehensive performance measurement framework, including:

Support leadership in interpreting results and identifying trends.

Provide data-driven recommendations for immediate, mid-range, and long-term decision-making.
