Job Summary:
Camden's Promise Charter School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Allied Health Science Teacher to join our team. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and interactive learning environment for students. Your role will involve teaching various science subjects, conducting experiments, and promoting scientific inquiry among students.

Must have: New Jersey Teaching Certification

Bachelors' or Higher Degree required

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Teach science subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science
- Conduct laboratory experiments to enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts
- Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects
- Provide guidance and support to students in their scientific research projects
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of science education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification in Science
- Proven experience teaching science subjects at the middle school or high school level
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
- Familiarity with library services and resources related to science education
- Proficiency in subjects such as Microbiology, Organic Chemistry, Algebra, and Math
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
