Position: Family Physician
Location: Erie, Pennsylvania (Visa sponsorship available)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, first shift (five 8-hour days)

What You’ll Do

As a vital member of our collaborative care team, you’ll provide primary medical services across all ages—focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute needs.

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality outpatient care to a multilingual, multicultural population
  • Prescribe treatments and medications in accordance with Pennsylvania state guidelines
  • Support wellness through patient education, family guidance, and community health promotion
  • Collaborate with specialists and fellow providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Stay current with advancements in family medicine through ongoing professional development

What You Bring

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine
  • Completion of a Family Medicine residency
  • Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)
  • DEA registration
  • Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to compassionate care
  • Proficiency in musculoskeletal ultrasound and electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus)
