Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager Leadership Opportunity at Don Ayres Acura

We’re seeking an experienced or highpotential Finance & Insurance Manager who takes pride in precision, integrity, and building lasting trust with customers. This role is firmly F&Ifocused and ideal for someone ready to own the financial side of the deal in a premium, relationshipdriven environment.

As an F&I Manager, you are a key steward of the client experience. You’ll guide customers through financial decisions with clarity, transparency, and confidence while ensuring every deal is structured accurately, compliantly, and in alignment with luxury brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and present finance and insurance products (extended service contracts, GAP, protection products)
  • Secure competitive financing through strong lender relationships
  • Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and timely funding
  • Clearly explain financing terms and programs to customers
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to support smooth deal flow
  • Train and support sales staff on F&I products and processes

Qualifications

  • Prior Automotive F&I Manager experience preferred
  • Highperforming Automotive Sales professionals ready to step into F&I are encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail with solid financial and analytical skills
  • High ethical standards and a customerfirst mindset
  • Proficiency with dealership systems; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Schedule & Hours

  • Fiveday workweek, Monday–Saturday
  • One rotating weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) + Sundays closed
  • Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
