Responsibilities for Assistant Account Manager include but are not limited to:

· Assist Account Managers in managing day-to-day client communications and ensuring timely follow-up on requests and inquiries.

· Support the coordination of internal teams (e.g., sales, production, logistics, and quality assurance) to fulfill client needs efficiently.

· Help prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation to support account reviews and strategic planning.

· Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.

· Track and update client account information in CRM systems and maintain accurate records.

· Assist in resolving client issues by gathering relevant information and coordinating with appropriate departments.

· Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes and following up on action items.

· Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies and support upselling or cross-selling initiatives.

· Stay informed about industry trends and client-specific developments to provide relevant insights to the team.

Candidates Assistant Account Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination roles.

· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Made4Net and Traverse Inventory Management experience a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

· Work Environment & Physical Requirements

· Primarily office-based and interaction in the plant.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
