We're LeEsquer Fit, owners of F45 Training West Waltham, Watertown, and SW Burlington. We're owner-operated, hands-on, and building something we're proud of. THE ROLE
We're looking for passionate, high-quality fitness trainers to lead team-based, high-intensity workouts and create an incredible member experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coach and motivate members through F45 workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form and provide regressions/progressions
• Promote F45 memberships and support retention efforts
• Assist with light front desk responsibilities
• Demonstrate exercises with excellent technique
• Set up, clean, and break down studio equipment
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of personal training or group fitness experience
• F45 experience is a plus, but not required
• Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, PTA Global, etc.)
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Group training certification preferred
• Strong understanding of functional training and HIIT
• Comfortable leading groups and coaching on a mic
• Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday mornings)
