Position Summary:

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a highly structured Program Manager to support enterpriseโ€‘wide transformation initiatives across Finance, Operations, IT, and the broader business. This role serves as a shared resource for the CFO and SVP of Strategy & Transformation, providing execution discipline, financial visibility, and governance across multiple, interconnected workstreams.This position is designed for someone who thrives in complex environments, brings order to ambiguity, and ensures leaders have a clear, factโ€‘based view of progress, risks, and results.This is not a singleโ€‘project role. It is a portfolioโ€‘level program leadership role focused on coordination, execution rigor, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

ยทBuild and maintain integrated program plans across multiple transformation initiatives. ยทEstablish and run governance rhythms, milestone tracking, and executive reporting. ยทCoordinate crossโ€‘functional dependencies across Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners. ยทTrack budgets, forecasts, and benefits realization in partnership with Finance. ยทMaintain clear visibility to risks, issues, and mitigation actions across workstreams. ยทPrepare concise, executiveโ€‘ready materials for senior leadership and Board updates. ยทServe as a neutral integrator and point of accountability across stakeholders. ยทStandardize tools, templates, and ways of working to ensure consistency and auditability.

Minimum Qualifications:

ยท8+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or PMO leadership.

ยทProven experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with financial and operational impact.

ยทStrong financial acumen, including budget tracking, forecasting, and benefits realization.

ยทAdvanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointโ€‘based tracking and reporting.

ยทExperience working directly with senior executives and external consulting partners.

ยทAbility to influence and drive execution without direct authority.

Preferred Experience

ยทExperience supporting CFOโ€‘led or enterpriseโ€‘wide transformation programs.

ยทBackground in operations, ITโ€‘enabled transformation, or ERP environments.

ยทExposure to multiโ€‘site or complex organizational structures.

ยทPMP, or similar certification (preferred, not required).
