Position: Director of School Operations
Organization: Network of International Christian Schools / Oasis International Schools ( NICS /Oasis)
Status: Full-Time
Start Date: On or before July 1, 2027
Reports To: Vice President of Global Operations
Role Overview
The Network of International Christian Schools / Oasis International Schools ( NICS / OASIS ) is seeking an experienced executive leader to serve as a Director of School Operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Operations, this position drives organizational vision, supervises international school leadership teams, and ensures operational, academic, and spiritual excellence across the network.
Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Leadership: Partner with the VP of Global Operations on operational strategy, school governance, and global organizational goals.
  • School Supervision: Mentor, evaluate, and support assigned school leadership teams, including leading hiring and leadership development initiatives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the spiritual, academic, relational, and business operations of network schools.
  • Mission & Quality Standards: Ensure schools maintain accreditation, foster positive culture, deliver education rooted in a Biblical Worldview, and advance the core mission of sharing the Gospel.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Leadership, Education, or similar.
  • Experience: Executive leadership experience in an international Christian school (Head of School or higher).
  • Operational Expertise: Strong foundation in international school business models, academics, budgeting, marketing, admissions, and spiritual leadership.
  • Core Competencies: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, paired with high emotional ( EQ ) and cultural ( CQ ) intelligence.
  • Travel: Ability to travel internationally.
