AHS is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Head of Artificial Intelligence & Data Intelligence to lead our AI and data initiatives. In this executive role, you will drive innovation through advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to support business strategies, optimize operations, and enhance decision-making processes across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop AI-driven solutions, and maintain data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the AI and data intelligence strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI models and data solutions.
  • Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Promote the adoption of AI and analytics tools across departments to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance with data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI and data technologies and industry best practices.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; PhD preferred.
