That's what we offer!****Der Bereich Informationstechnologie (IT) der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG stellt den zuverlässigen Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller Informationssysteme und IT-Services der HEIDELBERG-Gruppe sicher und unterstützt damit weltweit die Geschäftsprozesse des Unternehmens. Im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung von Organisation und Betriebsmodellen wird die globale Hybrid Infrastructure Platform als zentrale Infrastrukturplattform für Cloud-, Data-Center-, Netzwerk-, Connectivity-, Workplace- und Identity-Services weiter ausgebaut. Der Head of Hybrid Infrastructure Operations verantwortet dabei den stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb dieser Plattform sowie deren strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung. Darüber hinaus führt und entwickelt er die Infrastrukturorganisation weiter und stellt eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, globalen IT-Teams sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern sicher.****Ihre Aufgaben:*** Gesamtverantwortung für den stabilen und leistungsfähigen globalen Betrieb der IT‐Infrastrukturservices sowie deren Weiterentwicklung (Cloud & Data Center, Network & Connectivity sowie Workplace & Identity inkl. Microsoft 365)* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung einer globalen Abteilung von ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden* Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Servicequalität in einer globalen IT‐Umgebung* Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung definierter Service Levels (SLAs) und Performance‐Kennzahlen (KPIs)* Etablierung klarer Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und End‐to‐End Ownership* Weiterentwicklung eines effizienten und skalierbaren Operating Models unter Berücksichtigung von Nearshore- und Offshore‐Modellen* Weiterentwicklung einer modernen Hybrid‐Infrastruktur (Cloud & On‐Premise)* Vereinfachung und Standardisierung der Plattform sowie Steigerung von Effizienz durch Automatisierung* Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung externer Dienstleister und Service Provider in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Plan&Steer Bereich* Verantwortung für eine wirtschaftliche und effiziente Leistungserbringung* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Security‐ und Compliance‐Anforderungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Information Security**Unsere Anforderungen:*** Überdurchschnittlich erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studienfaches (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom)* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich IT‐Infrastruktur oder IT‐Operations, idealerweise in vergleichbarer Leitungsfunktion* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Führungskräften* Fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb von hybriden IT‐Umgebungen (onpremise und Cloud)* Sehr gutes Verständnis von Cloud‐Plattformen (z. B.
